Shipping:

General:

• We ship all over the world.
• We calculate the shipping costs again individually. If you paid too much, you will get something back. 
• Shipping via DHL.
• Packages being picked up Monday - Saturday.
• If your order contains any pre-ordered items, your entire order will ship when the pre-ordered item is ready. The approximate release date will be shown on the pre-orderes product when you place your order. Please note that date is an approximation of when we expect to have your yarn ready, but exact ship date may vary.
• Please order all pre-order items separately!! Otherwise, the order will be canceled.
• The standard shipping costs apply to a order weight up to 1,5 kg.
• The exact shipping costs are calculated at the end of your order. Shipping prices will be shown in the shopping cart before you are asked to pay.
• We reserve the right to charge for individual shipping costs. (Promotions...)

Ship time:

Please note the shipping times begin after your order has actually shipped, not from time your order is placed.

Exceptional situations e.g. Christmas time, can extend the ship times.

Special Hints:

For deliveries to foreign countries may be subject to duties, taxes and fees, the total displayed prices are not included.
